I know this thing is loot from "N-K Necrosis" but does anyone know if it's a guaranteed loot? So when I loot Necrosis I'll get it for sure, or is it just luck? since he seems to drop about 7 different items....

Also, does anyone have a picture of it? or do you know how it looks/what it does?

Alrighty.

1. Sorry, not guaranteed loot. 10%-15% drop rate if I remember hearing right?
2. Sorry, no photo- but basically it's just like the Sunrider's Destiny crystal. It's a color crystal that adds heat damage based on the damage of your saber. Can add upwards of 200 elemental damage. It's basically a pink color, based on my observations.

As I have been trying to filter through all the confusing posts on the forums, I am still wondering if both the Banes and Sunriders will still be considered damage crystals for sabers for the NGE.

no definately not guaranteed...right after CU hitmyself and 4 friends killed him well over 100 times and only got 5 crystals. not sure if we just had bad luck or if the drop rate is that low.

the crystal adds ELECTRICAL elemental damage (not heat). it calculates the elemental by taking 30% of your normal max damage. so a 100 max dmg saber would have 30 electrical elemental dmg added on with a bane's (or sunriders).

kind of pink in color...reminds me of vader's saber in the original star wars.

these are now nice decorating items because its doubtful that they are going to be any better than the one they are giving every vet jedi...

I looted 11 banes from 21 NK kills.

/Shrug... Just luck of the draw.
