I'm a Jedi on chili, but I have a toon on Corbants, and seeing as how Corbantis was copied to TC, I wanted to see how the new Jedi skills were. My character on Corbantis isnt a Jedi, so I respecced to Jedi and...no robes 
I dont know if theres going to be an eventual quest to get them or anything, but on TC Han gives them to you on the space station, and since you cant go there w/ a character you already have made b4 NGE, then its possible the respec Jedi wont be able to get robes at all.
