Thread: So, when will all this happen?

I've looked around a bit but can't really find anything, so, when will the CU2 come out? I herd that its going down in like 3 weeks then I herd roughly 6 months.. so.. **edit**, could you guys please tell me when it's coming out?
I also herd that the taking out of Melee Professions and being able to start as a Jedi or w/e will only be on a few new Servers, is that true?

Well tomorrow it hit TC, and on the 15th of this month it goes live.

How do you know that it is going live on the 15th? i know that it is going on TC on Friday but I have not seen anything aobut the 15th.

They're removing the dedicated melee profs. BHs and Commandos will be able to use melee weps. I guess it will just be a matter of personal preference, and what range you want to attack from.
AFAIK, jedi will remain on every server, and they will be selectable as a starting class. We'll get to be CL 80 jedi, new players will start at CL 1. The flood of respec jedi we'll get later this month won't get the bonus items or the extra character slot.

So, my current Character, on the 15th, I can just respec him to the starter Profession Jedi thing then respec him to full template in 20 minutes? Thats kinda lame.. everyone will be a Jedi..
