I tried the search but didn't find what I was looking for so here goes:
I am wondering, since Force Aura and Force Shield are said to do the same thing, how much better than Shield is Aura? Or am I just confused?

Force aura is like COB that adds +500 defense at improved with gives you a little more damage mitigation and makes the attacker hit less often.
Force shield helps shield against power attacks, like what force armor does for energy/kinetic attacks but for force powers.
Nothing near the same.

power attacks meaning Force Power Attacks. Not your saber power attack.

I see now. So I really am confused. ![]()
Anyways, I'm thinking of going MPowers/MHealer/Enhancer 0404. This would be for fun and survival against a CM (I think Healer would do well). Would force armor be enough in defence or do I really need to have Def 0040?

You mean force armor, not force shield?
I'm a master enhancer and force armor is alright, but when AB is applied you get hit real hard, and it takes a lot of force. But doable, but I am not a tank in PVP nor PVP.
If healer makes you rhappy, go it.. But MP/ME/4xxx healer is more recommended.

I was thinking of state recovery. Do Jedi ever get state recovery other than from Healer? I've looked and I cant find it in the skill box descriptions. I dont see how a Jedi can't dizzy/kd and realy hurt someone (or am I still missing things?)
