Do they effect jedi crafting their sabers?

if they do could someone point me to a post saying that it did or did not please

Has anyone tested it i tried yesterday it didnt really seem to make a difference has anyone tried today?

There were lots of issues with the publish, many things didn't work. Wait to try the fixed re-publish.
