Imagine..... You are attuned to a disturbance, the force beckons you. Force crystal reveals a location The task is to defeat opposite faction players and their Jedi. Victory will strengthen your skills(FRS) The crystal(quest journal) offers a random location but always the same locations.- they cycle randomly to the player every reset,
(Can take the quests or not, no requirement or time restrictions)
If you initiate combat with a valid enemy within your sense perimeters(zone) you tef and automatically wager fr points based on your rank, the lower rank the less you wager and visa versa like a tax or entry fee. YOu stay tef'd to ranked jedi with the same zone untill you leave your quest perimeter.
If you leave the zone by death you may retunr right away, If you leave the zone tef'd without a kill you will get a penalty cooldown timer before you can return.
The tax/wager is refunded upon your first player kill in your sense perimeter(zone) plus the points for the kill(s) if the kill is jedi.

There is a minimum fr points needed to be a knight and thus participate in the FRS, these are initially given upon gaining knight.
If you lose enough fr points you risk a return to padawan and the force will stop beckoning you(cant skill in the FRS).
You cannot advance in the FRS by killing BH or non-ranked Jedi, however you can gain points up to the minimum for knight if you are in the negative (busted to paddy) by killing any and all player SF of the opposing faction anywhere in the galaxy including BH with your mission or letting your minimum points regenerate over time.(time out)
If you are slain by another opposing force Jedi and you clone, you will not be taxed to return to your zone. You will of course lose the requisite FR points from the death.
Your zone is generous and many many jedi will have the same zone at any given time so you will likely fight amongst your friends, and enemies, they can include parts of npc cities, pois, etc at higher ranks. Reg SF players will not be restricted from your zone whatsoever.
A little story line will acompany your quest until reset.

Visibility is not accumulated inside your sense perimeter/quest zone when tef'd! BUT if you log inside your zone tef'd you must pay the fr point tax again so its best to remain active in your zone then leave - espesially if higher ranked, the tax is steeper the higher you are..
You cannot take missions inside your zone if you are tef'd. You cannot gain xp inside your zone aside from FR if you are tef'd.
As you advance in rank you get access to multiple zones at a time and can traverse them as needed for the best pvp action.
WHERE you can fight will indicate your rank to others, the higher you are in rank the more exotic / less remote your zone options become.
...anyway, interested to know what others think of the concept....or can add. The tef issue is a problem I know but overall
