Thread: keep the fs villiage or else 60% of the population will go jedi in the first day
well. if there going to be millions of jedi, and there will be, then so be it at this point. i dont think it was a good idea of sony to do that, but when the new rpgs come out, the sony servers will be alot like Horizons...

Millions? naa 500k or less , i doubt more than that play swg now or will be after this. But i could be wrong. Jedi dont need to be controlled anymore or have bh's , they are weak and just a dude wearing a robe and a glowstick, just like the bh's have wanted , they got their wish. Now they want to still hunt jedi, BH should be renamed from bounty hunter to greifer's. MEOW!

You can go FS in 1 day using the current system, in the new system you dont actually get a saber till tier 3, play the new system it is awesome, like I said in a previous post its 15 published too late.
tier 2 and a half actually, or level 25 or 35.. one of those.. not sure which.
Yes, I saw the skill tree/circle. But that was the point of my thread and post. I can accept that players may want to play as force sensitives, but I believe thatthe job should be "Force Sensitive", not "Jedi". Those who reach the lvl 80 of the Force Sensitive job should then get a title like Master Force Sensitive, not Master Jedi or Master Swordsman. To get the Jedi status, then, the game should feature some kind of skill based (strategy+action+"moral" choices) DIFFICULT trials. This would not solve the issue, but would be much better than this crazy respec and what the game world will become if things are exactly as they look.
Everybody wants to be Jedi, and that is right, but in a MMORPG about Star Wars an overpopulation of Jedis is and will always be something bad, bad, bad.

the new system of jedi control is not death by BH its death by repetition. Jedi will be everywhere and soon people will be bored, looking at the new 'fast action' combat it looks ideally suited to ranged over melee and THIS is what will in time keep the jedi numbers down.
