Do gen melee speed tapes help jedi?

I have everything but this tape and was wondering if its worth buying.

Also... These robes with +8 regen unhooded becuase i ahve an UBER HAT

What other bits of clothing can u wear with these robes?

i know gen. melee speed is expensive

oh and for the second part the cloak takes up a jacket place so u could wear shirt,pants,hat,gloves and boots

Works with saberhit and saberstrike only. I have +20 is additional speed and that's the only 2 skills that profit from the modified speed. Is it worth it? I'd say yes, specially general because you can use it with all 3 types of saber but will you see an enormous diff after spending 20mil+ on tapes, no.
