Can a jedi use Two Handed Melee defence and also Two handed Melee Speed ? Or is the speed one for swordsman?

Yeah, forgot to mention GMS/GMA as I assumed he knew that already. Anything that says "2H" or "1H" though, without including "Lightsaber" won't affect the saber.
