Hi, I've been a Jedi for 14 months now and although i was around when the old frs existed, i never became a Jedi Knight somy knowledge of the additional bonuses that Jedi received as they moved up the FRS is limited. As i understood it they would receive bonuses as they moved up the trees. However what i would like toinstead see in the new FRS would be that Jedi gain skill points as they move upthe FRS.So it looks something like this
Jedi Knight - Unlimited amount per server - Gains 8 Skill Points [New Robes]
Jedi Guardian rank 1 - MAX100 per server - Gains 8 skill Points[New Robes]
Jedi Guardian rank 2 - MAX 50- Gains 8
Jedi Guardian rank 3 - MAX50 - Gains 8
Jedi Guardian rank 4 - MAX40 - Gains 8
Jedi Guardian rank 5 - MAX40 - Gains 8
Jedi Sentinal rank 1 - MAX 30 - Gains 10 Skill Points [New Robes]
Jedi Sentinal rank 2 - MAX 30 - Gains 10
Jedi Sentinal rank 3 - MAX20 - Gains 10
Jedi Sentinal rank 4 - MAX20 - Gains 10
Jedi Consular rank 1 - MAX16 - Gains 10 Skill Points [New Robes]
Jedi Consular rank 2 - MAX 14- Gains 10
Jedi Consular rank 3 - MAX 12 - Gains 10
Jedi Arbiter rank 1 - MAX 10 - Gains 16 [New Robes]
Jedi Arbiter rank 2 - MAX 10 - Gains 16
Jedi Council Member (Master)- MAX8 - Gains 18 [New Robes]
Jedi Chancellor (Master)-MAX 5 per server - Gains 21 [New Robes]
Ranks listed here were taken roughly from the old FRS, i think it would be good to have them back, in a new format and with other things in the FRS for more depth such as master apprentice, different ways of advancement etc.
It Means that asa Jedi advances through the FRS they will gain more skill points and become more powerful in this way. A Jedi Chancellor will have all Jedi skills from all 5 skill Trees. Yes, it will mean that Some jedi are as powerful or more powerful than before the Combat Upgrade, however when you consider that this number will be something like 50 players on the whole server this is nothing, as for one, only 20 of these players will probably be on at one time, and many will struggle to get that high up the FRS. I think what this system would bring is more depth to Jedi, so that there would really be very powerful Jedi like in the real star wars.
The Numbers at each rank could be changed as the Devs see fit, or changed if they find there is a problem, however these numbers are thinking about the future where there will be many Jedi, who will want to advance up the Frs and so so many numbers at each rank is required. Moving up and down will require you to take on Jedi around your rank or chance it with a much higher rank.
As for advancement up and down the frs, i will leave the devs to decide, but people moving up and down will be key. If someone stops playing they will gradually slide down the Frs and a space will open up and they will have to surrender skills.Obviously Here i am mainly looking at skills that Jedi gain in the Frs and there are many more elements that need to exist in an FRS not included in this post. Below are advantages of what this system would give
1) A real structure of power in the FRS Some Jedi will be more feared, enclaves will be used by different levels for various reasons, high ranking jedi can have influence on the galaxy.
2) Powerful jedi (when around) will be powerful weapons in PVE and PVP, but so few exist, and will be needed to take on any very hard MOB's that are introduced into the game.
3) Real competition in the FRS
Hopefully you get the jist of what i'm trying to say. Nice to hear thoughts, or if you have anything to add of your own or questions. Thanks

You getJediMaster at Arbiter 9, and 1 Chancellor is enough. The current FRS you see as a ranked template atm is fine as it is...this is really pointless..

I dont understand quite what you mean about why they wont change it
Ok so 1 chancellor might be enough and i may be slightly wrong on when you become master. Whats not to like about this though?

Do you guys honestly think FRS will make jedi stronger?
All FRS will be is a massive gank war w/ side quests to advance in FRS. FRS just means you can't do what you like with your jedi anymore, not necessarily make jedi stronger. And if they do, it'll only be one a very very few of them....
Down w/ FRS.....

this is really op to give sp...If i only had 1 more sp I would have the perfect template....but there's a reason for sp being locked at 250.
old frs is ok, just make the queue list for mbh/jedi killedup at 50 for 3 daysand points awared for multiple same-target-kill decrease exponentially and fightclub wont be useful anymore.
