I've been noticing that I'm attacking a lot faster (thus draining action faster). Can anyone else confirm that the cooldown speed bug has been fixed? My cooldown timers feel a lot faster since the latest patch.

I cannot confirm that but what i can confirm is that i just saveda bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico...

heh no seriously i havent noticed it.

Yes, I am hitting at my mod speed when I use advanced force speed now. But it doesn't account for this drastically increased and inconsitant force leak. And they broke my defender skills, I'd rather have those back over this mess.

Attacks may or may not be faster but I think they are still working on base dps not modified. Tried a quick test, 16 secs for 5 attacks with +25 saber speed, then 16 secs for 5 attacks without the clothing. The clothing changed my modified speed therefore I am guessing that combat is not using mod speed still.

I have +45 in sea speed mods and I can say no I dont think those are are working.

After working with several jedi today to help them find their "actual speed" I can deny the claim that speed was fixed. It has not been fixed and we are still hitting at base speed.
