I think there should be mods set up though out the Lightsaber tree for tuning. The higher the mod the better the chance to tune at the higher end. Like let say a fair crystal/pearl tunes for a range of 20-60 then when you go to tune mods would play into the math of higher and more frequently good tunes. Just my crazy thoughs i guess.
