It's a tool that allows the Jedi to tune a crystal or pearl that was already tunned. It only has a 2 use charge once every 24hrs and can not be traded once it has been rewarded. It will be givin to the player who follows the lightside path only.

The TRUE "rich reward" is the knowledge that you could actually install/run and finish the expansion pack.
