is it me or did 23 reverce the elmental damge to subtrack the damge from the LS ?

is this me or .......... please can some one test this out for me

Tiggs said in the In-Live forum that anything that was supposed to be fixed in this publish is likely to not work at all, or become gimped, because these "fixed" features were removed and not activated.. It's hard to explain, but let me try..

1. patch downloads

2. broken things removed

3. patch applied replacing removed broken things

4. patch activated

Yesterday's download of publish 23 failed to activate. The fixes are in the patch, but it didn't activate (#4), which is why most of the things that were supposed to be fixed has gone haywire.

One of the fix I believe involved fixing elemental damage percentage. Hence it might be one of many problems with this publish.
