They would still have a chance to tune at the level of a quality pearl. They only have a higher chance of hitting better stats.

fine with me.


i've never seen a fair/good pearl tune to 120/120 -9, so I know I have no chance of a perfect tune until I have better pearls.

I will buy the exp. pack if it comes with a 120 -9fc pearl/crystal! Hell skip the exp. pack and i'll just buy the pearl!
