This change will come, unfortunatelly, so lets try to solve this.

Servers with the old system, like DAoC, you can have the new comers in the new system, if they wish, and the old ones in the old server.

If possible, even with pre-CU server, but you cant let all those players go away.

What do you think?

Lets ask our beloved devs to do that, and therefore not to lose their jobs for massive cancelation.

Not being funny, but that statement shows you don't know how market research works.

Whether you like this new CU2 or not, if it means SOE gets twice as many new subscribers as veterans who leave - then its a no-brainer from a financial point of view.

They've already said countless times that pre-CU won't be coming back, so give it a rest already.

That would be the smart solution, but hey, whe know that smart ain't the devs game.

From38 professions they made 9, how can you reason with something like that?

How about the year some peeps WASTED getting a Jedi, village and all, they got shafted.

Won't happen. It would require duel developement, which is costly, and we all know now that all SOE cares about is cash.

Most will leave, Some will stay. Far fewer than SOE thinks are going to come.

The game is dead.
