Im not a jedi , but I distinctly saw a dark jedi robe on a player in the screen shots.

It would be nice to hope/pray that TOW would somehow allow us to escape padawanship, but I personally never trust anything I see in SOE's promotional clips / screenshots..

If you want pretty robes and cool titles go to TC they still have FRS on last time i checked

They stated in the house of commons that the FRS was not included in the new expansion already, sorry I deleted my screenshot of this so have no evidence, and even sorrier to crush your hopes

That character in the dark jedi robes could just be a NPC of some sort for all we know. Don't get your hopes up for the FRS until they actually say something about it.
