Thread: THE CU UPDATE : YAY or NAY

This is my personal view on the matter . . . Cant you people do anything but moan god sake you guys things change, things evolve into something better. Have you read the update proposal? It seems to me that many things will be improved and it explains why so many bugs have been unfixed . . . This may be not true but it seems to me that this update was planned the last CU and the last CU was just to keep players interested until this one comes out.
Ihonestly dont know why you are JUDGING THE UPDATE EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVENT PLAYED IT YET!
Look guys dont knock the CU at least til you have tried it tomorrow in the TC . . .
Give the devs a chance, i have been grinding like crazy to become jedi yet i will not have enough time before the CU . . . BUT im not mad because i trust the devs and i have seen what they have done with games such as everquest 2 (which was awsome but i was put off by community issues). In my view they are making Star Wars Galaxiesmore EQ2ish (but keeping to the genre)whichis great for they are combining the fantastic comunity of SWG with the fantastic Gameplay and Questing in EQ2

I said nay last time couse i new the CU wasnt an improvment.
Im gonna say yay this time hoping for better times.

chew i sorta aggree with ya u cant nock it till ya have tryed it but the idea that Jedi will become a starter prof sickens me!!
im a pre CU jedi but id have been happer with the pre 9 unlock it was hader and longer and that realy did keep the numbers down now all thats gona happen is its gona be 90-95 % jedi and 5-10% others, on top of that jedi is only as good as a norm prof **edit** is with that no matter how u look at it Jedi are getting boned.

Bring it on..this is the spice we need..for all of you complaining your probbly some noob cu jedi, ive played jedi since pre 9 we were uber, publish 10 hit we sucked and we have gotten worse ever since, this might be the only thing that is still fun with jedi

1) how do you know if its NAY if it didnt go live yet?

PLEASE DO NOT HELP SOE DESTROY THE GAME WE LOVE. BY TESTING IT AND GIVING FEEDBACK ON BUGS, BALANCE ISSUES THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE DOING

It's simple, it can't get any worse then the current system. CU-1 was so awful there is no way they can make it worse so I am happy to see a change.

i'm willing to try it, but it's radically changing the game and them not telling us and just going hey in 15 or so days you get this! is wrong.
Plus jedi becoming a starter prof is stupid, i'd rather them remove it all together.

Nay and why before you ask, respec Jedi now that it's a starter prof, quest them through it at least they should not make it easy to get.
