Thread: SOE AND LUCAS ARTS SASY THE CHANGES ARE BASED ON PLAYER FEEDBACK?
Players opinions don't neccesarily mean your opinion.
Im extremely nervous about the changes, but im excited. I was a beta tester, a pre-9 unlocker, and a owner of 4 accounts. And I still am.
Its a game, its entertainment, we pay the fee for the entertainment, and you shouldn't be treating it any differently.
Yeah I know it's BS what they said about the players wanting this.
I don't think that Lucas has anything thing to do with this game anymore. Lucas is a freak when it comes to having everything just like the movie. He didn't invision 1 million people being able to just respec to a jedi.

Jedi is a huge mainstay in the SW saga! The more people that enjoyjedi, the money he(lucas) makes thru DVD sales, new LA products and the such. IMO, Lucas loves seing everyone wanting to be jedi.

It was all the players who left for WoW.
Now we have essential a WoW clone with slightly better crafting, set in a MUCH better universe, and with Jedi that you can start as.

How can you say your happy with changes that you have not even tried yet.
I haven't tried it out yet, but I know that there won't be forced PVP, no stupid item decay, and that there will be professions closer to the movies... so just based on that I can already say that this is exactly what I would have told them I'd like to see in the game, if I had been in one of their focus groups.
