Jedi Archive

I unlocked in May 04 on my main and have had he and my FS slot characters the same ever since. However in light of the changes I am considering deleting my MAIN in order toquest up a new character in the new system. Is it possible to delete your Main and keep your Jedi. I never payed really great attention on how that works since Publish 9 since I didn't think I'd ever do it.

Boiling down to one simple question: Can Ireroll my main toon and leave my FS toon unaffected?
