This morning i log in and i only have 0402 with 4pts in respec.

looks like your timing may be off, but I had it happen once or twice. I've been trying to keep my respecs going every 12 hours to try as much as i can. or you got hit with a lag and logged off. Not sure how it happened, but still blows that you have to wait

No I acquired the skill and have the screenie to prove that i got a message about acquiring new skills.
I think i can still accomplish what i was trying to do but with one less respec i may not get there.
I guess i will see about 130 this afternoon when i can respec again.

my best guess is that your'e respec got interrupted and did go to waste due the fact you turned it off ,i respec'd my temp once well i tried at least i had a macro runnin at the time but i didnt pay attention to it so i typed /respec and switched my skills ,i agreed with the switch and just when i did my macro came up ,it totally disoriented my SP and i lost a mass of xp, had to regrind it all ,just saying when respeccing ,just respec and dont do anything else ,no tells, macros, spatial typing etc, whatevah can mess up your'e respec ,hope this helped a bit ,i think you lost it m8 ,srr

respec can be buggy. i remember during the transition phase where you could respec every day that one or two times the respec got screwed up and didn't stick, and then it wouldn't let me respec again, treating the failed respec as a respec. ever since then i am EXTREMELY careful when respeccing. i never would have responded to a tell, minimized or covered up the respec window myself for fear of losing the respec.
