You dont want FR2 with that template because it is a tank template and you dont want to run. You couldnt use FR2 in fights because of the damage reduction, anyway, so its not supporting that template.
The choice between Def 4040 / Enh 3402 or Def 4440 / Enh 3002 really is a personal one. I would take the Force Armor variant, since it grants better protection, which means less time and Force spent on heals.
