Thread: i have adapted this far and not whined, but now...
I do hope they deal with this....I have said for a long time that roots and snares are incredibly frustrating no matter who can use them. Adding the increased ability to stick these specials from over twice the range melee classes can attack at, combined with not forcing ranged classes to use a posture (prone and kneel)for accuracy at extended range (apromised solution during CU testing) has made pvp encounters not fun.
And fun is why I play.
Solution....shorter root and snaretimers, longer cool downs, and force rifles and carbines to be prone to have accuracy bonuses work beyond 50 meters.

This really is getting ridiculous. Alot of us are getting one hit incaps, too many deaths, while the bounty hunters suck it up without any risk of dying, or, by the small chance that they do die, they lose nothing! It's an incredibly unbalanced system that makes almost no sense at all. Why don't they fix it?
Im sorry but this 1 hit kill stuff is absolute bollocks. I Bounty Hunter with a Rifle with around 1300 max damage only hits for about 230 with a MSL following. If you can give me proof I will gladly shut up

they are jedeye. they know not how to play with tactics only whine till devs cave in. they squandered their power by crying to have all risk removed now they cry that they can no longer destroy the gcw with the gank squad tactics they have been using for months. now the gcw is being taken back by the normal toons that picked up bh. it's a good sign that the game might survive more then a year more.
so what would ur tactic be against someone who hits for 2k a pop? or someone who can snare you at 80meters and stay at that distance while you can't even come close to touching him? how about someone who can do both?

snares are easy, thats what hills, trees, buildings, and simularterrain come in handy. as for someone doing 2k a pop, well untill i see someone capable of doing that kinda damage who can say what type of tactic would work. maybe work on situation awarness. know whats arround you. if you go into a valley know what way you wanna run should you get attacked. if you study your surroundings then maybe that guy capable of doing 2k a hit dosnt get close ennough to get the shot off.
your playing a game where the jedi are in hiding because someone with the funds and nessacary troops want them dead. maybe try hiding instead of dueling in theed and hunt mainly with groups you trust outta backwater towns instead of major starports would help you advoid the few exceptional hunters capable of doing the kinda damage that is scaring so many of you. not every bh can do that, hell most cant.

snares are easy, thats what hills, trees, buildings, and simularterrain come in handy. not every place has terrain that could work like this and any bh w/half a brain can work around these easily. as for someone doing 2k a pop, well untill i see someone capable of doing that kinda damagei posted a screen if you wanna go take a lookwho can say what type of tactic would work. maybe work on situation awarness. know whats arround you. if you go into a valley know what way you wanna run should you get attacked. if you study your surroundings then maybe that guy capable of doing 2k a hit dosnt get close ennough to get the shot off.

certainly im not gonna buy that tales of Obi crap unless this fixed.
All Jedi could start business "have bugs in your house? we come clean it, only you must stay out of 30 meter when we do it"
