This is the way forward, rather than all the people wanting to get something for killing the bhs.
I always say bring back the TEF.
The most realistic way of handling the over populace Jedi in front of StarPorts. A TEF will make them atackable by anyone if they use a force power or show off their glowstick.
I retired my Jedi when they got rid of this....there was really no excitement in being a Jedi anymore. A BH hunting you down and killing you isn't my idea of"skill" because yuo can always got to Dantoinne and grind the xp back in two hours.
TEF is the way to go. A good Jedi is an unseen Jedi

umm ... easy answer...
give us a FRS set of quest to level from paddy too knight trial ....on off obsucure stuff.... then once a knight give us a light Vs dark NON GVW war.... guess what...you won't see many Jedi arround at all
and for god sakes BH killing us is a joke if you look in the movies...they are lil more them mercenary thugs that were never a viable threat....
