There is only one conclusion you can come to if soe is taking the time to code in "special" anti BH crystals, foods, and such....the conclusion is that BH conditions are permanant. All the snares, roots, overpowered healing, and hybird BH combos are here to stay. Why else would soe specificly target abilities of another proffesion and give antidotes to another specific proffesion...the best answer is not give us extremely limited toys to defend ourselves, give us permanant abillities.
let me add this...does anyone else feel the same way?

It's probably easier to implement trinkets rather than modify or balance abilities.

it's called a band-aid.
that's what you do to a broken design when the idiot bosses tell you to ship it no matter what. typical of what has happened in the game

Just return Lightsaber type dmg from energy to lightsaber again for a day......LOOOOL
Every BH will be 2 hits at the most ROFL
It would actually be fun to see them run and cry about how jedi are so overpowered like they did before CU hehe

actually mourn, since bh can be uber healers that wouldnt be a bad idea...a specific damage vs a uber healer...at least the bh would have to stratagize and not be able to depend on macros as much.

there is a dot crystal now. negates damage over time but very short lived.

Um, apart from rancor aid, WHAT ANTI BH items?
I here some jedi get a sherman tanks as a veteran reward
seriously though the OP has a point tbh, i think the snares and such are gonna be in game a while longer!
And yeah, saber damage should be changed tbh

Better than nothing. If it's on a par with the Armor Break resist crystal in terms of time and usage, it will help.

LS damage FTW!! I mean, in the movies a LS can go through a 2 ft thick steel (or whatever they use) and a blaster bolt just bunces off. C'mon SOE, give us some love

This may seem like a dumb question, but shouldnt jedi be overpowering of normal combat proffessions. If you ever watch any starwars movie, how many hits from a lightsaber does it take to kill an enemy? JUST ONE!!!! Im sorry but i feel that once padawan is unlocked, the player should now be working from level 80 to level 100 or 120 or something. Just seems ignorant that a bh can own jedis now.

You are correct about what we should be, but soe doesnt see it that way....we are fast becoming just another gimped proffesion that dabbles in other tree's with less of the abilities and defenses in those other proffesions.

i actually like the idea of trinkets that give us a chance against the fotm templates. what's really wrong with it? what they have given us is more access to different tactics when fighting certain proffessions(mainly cm if you ask me). If this is the way they wish to impliment this, then I am happy they have actually implemented something. So quit your moaning.
