Thread: Force Accuracy / General Ranged Accuracy, does it help with our Root/Snare accuracy?

I have two +15 Force Accuracy CA's and one +25 General Ranged Accuracy CA, can I get an answer if these will actually help with my accuracy when using Suppression or Wave? Personally I'd rather not waist the slots on my clothes if they will not help. Someone in game told me they *thought* it helped based off observation, I'd rather let the devs or someone with a valid test tell me it works.
Have the devs said anything about this or has anyone run any tests to confirm they do / do not help?
force accuracy doesn't work with suppression or wave. force accuracy is a powers thing.
As for ranged accuracy i'm not sure, seems that ranged accuracy will not help out either as those ranged enhancer moves seem to use the accuracy of the weapon your holding.
Devs have never confirmed or commented on anything on this issue.
But in short: no. Enhancer-based abilities unfortnately do not have an accuracy mod in the enhancer tree. The instead use the accuracy of the weapon you are holding. So MLS/ME are golden.
The problem for ME/MP is that if we hold a LS (like I often do) our LS accuracy sucks, and our suppression/wave/stasis miss a lot. If you hold no LS, it uses melee unarmed accuracy instead of force accuracy... even worse.
I wish Bacc could get feedback from the devs on this one. Simple equation, if a LS is equipped, use LS accuracy, if not, use force accuracy. period.

That is good to know. Thanks. I guess taking Food would be most beneficial to a MP/ME Jedi then (if they have the saber equiped). You can get +205 melee accuracy for just over a min or +70 melee accuracy for about 15 mins.

What food besides Crispix gives a melee accuracy bonus?
