I agree We should not condone this if you want result expierence has shown thousands of cancellations get results, harrassing SOE could result in threats of legal action. use the cancel button

if you keep pestering them , calling them or spamming email's, legally they can prosecute you for harassment.

remember its just a game, and to the poster who said cancellations get results. nope. if the majority cancelled, soe couldnt afford to run the game, so there wouldnt be one

If 1 person calls 1000 times it’s harassment. If 1000 people call once it is not.

wanna get on their nerves, wanna make them say ok we gotta do something? Simple, when you want to get someone to do what you want you annoy, pester and harass them about it until they do. No one of any importance actually listens to these boards. So why doesn't everybody make a simple phone call to maybe 1-5 ppl in the high lvl offices of SOE. Make a rant, yell at them, tell them what you want changed, tell them specifically that the SWG game needs some serious looking over. I think if the president of the company comes to work each and everyday with oh say 50,000 calls and emails about the same subject he'd get irriated enough to ask what's going on. But of course by no means am i honestly suggesting this idea. If someone was to do this it'd be completely oftheir own free will. *hint hint* Yeah sounds dumb but if you wanna protest, protest to the ppl that count, make a big stink about it in the big office. Besides if it dont work, it's no different then getting on the boards and yelling out your opinions. Give them a call, maybe they'll listen for a change.

nope...if you are calling to complain as a customer they have no legal recourse as long as you dont threaten them with anything but loss of your business.

you cannot be prosecuted for harassment for complaining to a commercial entity about a product or service that you pay for. no matter how many times you complain...

i never said for 1 person to do it continuously over and over i'm just saying if your voice isn't being heard on forums or somewhere do it where you want. This is a right of the constitution to protest against things. If they were to sue a thousand individuals for calling 1 time that would be wrong. There is nothing wrong with a customer calling to voice their concerns over a company. I'm not saying to call angry, if you call, do it calmly and state your problems. I'm not trying to cause angry ppl to be disruptive.

Since the forums are viewed as 99% of angry ppl we are all ignroed by the company. My suggestion if done in a calm manor and politely is not wrong in any way. I was not posting to excitea mob of any sort. I want this game to continue but it seems nothing we do is heard, I merely was trying to post a way for us to be heard by those that wont listen. If SOE finds this to be wrong or a completely negative thing then delete my post. But for them to ban ppl or other things is completely wrong becuase they did nothing in the game to violate the rules.

Yes i also know of the rule they stuck in that says they basically can ban for any reason they see fit even if you were to log on. But those should be for reasons in game and nothing related to outside the game.

AGAIN DO NOT DO ANY OF THIS WHILE YOU ARE ANGRY, STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER FOR AWHILE LIKE GARVA MENTIONED AND CALM DOWN, THEN DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS NECCESSARY TO BE HEARD.

i dont want to be the one to post it but actually go to SOE business web site, they have listed contact phone numbers for anyone that works in the offices. I knew someone long time ago that got banned and he said it was their mistake so he called up all the offices. I thought his idea could possibly work to get some attention to how the game is being handled. Simple go to like sony's website or SOE, or whatever, the numbers are easy to find.
