Thread: any jedi that asks for a respec

I just think you are selfish and don't like competition. Otherwise you wouldn't care what others did, because you are secure in yourself and can beat them regardless of what they do. Oh wait...Im sorry...your only out for whats best for the game...my bad

Seriously dude....I can agree to disagree...obviously we do not see eye to eye.
But I really, trulu believe that respecs would allow more people to enjoy the game. I think it would allow people to branch out and try new stuff. I think PvP would increase. I really do not see a downside.
The only downside you seem to present is that I didn't earn it if I respec. Well, I am full templated, and I am happy with my template now. But with every patch comes a nerf to intrical parts of my template. I am sorry I don't have the time you do to regrind...or maybe its just your passion to repeat mundane things.
There is no downside to grinding BH Investigation. Sure it may be a bit long and boring, but along the way, you get cool loot and can help the GCW by jamming bases and helping to turn them for xp.
To regrind Jedi means....I must rethrow myself back out in the world of the grind. A grind that if I hunt things for loot or help turn bases gains me visibility. I then must constantly watch over my back for BH's who won't to stop my grind.
and for what...so I can have a template maybe as good as a BH and the possibility I may have to redo it again next patch.
All in the name of a glowstick? Oh well, like I said....we just disagree /shrug
It's not that hard to stay off the terms. You, like so many other Jedi, are too careless.

And you knew this going in. You stood on the shoulders of those that came before you and you knew it. Nothing entitles me or you to Jedi except for what we put in to it. No respec will ever change that. Suck it up. "Experience may change with online play" or something to that effect...you sign on with it, you know it...

But killing nothing but creatures is a boring grind. I would happily hunt marks for xp and loot. But not us Jedi...we need to dissapear and not be seen till we are full templated. First off, I gave my first pre-9 jedi away and left the game for a while. Came back cayse WoW didnt impress me and regrinded another jedi. So I know what it was like to stomp 10 BH's at once....being able to go AFK and still be saber blocking every shot fired at me. The times when a ranged BH didnt stand a chance against me.
So for BH's the game has come a long way. However, no matter what they do to Jedi you feel it is justified. You guys enjoy being the Alpha class at the moment and are rubbing our noses in it.But just say that and stop trying to justify every nerf that happens to jedi as valid. You don't even stop to think about it...You just jump on theDev bandwagon because it helps you.
