Thread: To those that think the CU Jedi grind is to fast...

Would really expect some to spend 8 -12 months grinding to full template in the current state of this profession ?
It is something I have though of myself. But the last week has made me realise something. Pre-CU the grind was harder but worth it. Pre-9 the grind was the hardest but the grind was worth it.
The CU Jedi grind is fast but the we are so badly nerfed that an 8 month grind to full template in the current game would just not worth be the time invested.
I unlocked before CU and even though the grind was horrible I enjoyed those times more. Each saber had new skills, each saber type had AOE attack and combat was free flowing. Now we have the hit and wait scenario untill our speed is fixed :/

i heard if u were at it everyday for 12 hours u could do the pre cu grind in like 3 months. But i agree the grind is shortend for jedi is no longer stronger than any other profession.

bs, you could do it in 1 month, i did. (preCU that is)
And yer, true, jedi should not take to long to get now considering the state of jedi. And i doubt jedi wil ever return to former glory.

Yeah it took a friend of mine 3 weeks to grind from padawan to full template post CU. It was very sad but it's doable.

Ummm wow...
I sure am lucky that I got all the additional content (6 month of grinding) pre CU. Hey atleast I got my money's worth.

They need to bring in the xp reduction for groups. either that or ban spin groups like a bug a few months ago where three hits on the lair blew it up but people dont get payouts unless you do the cycle of three spawns from a lair. Somthing like that
that will slow it down

totally agree with you guys. on another thread, they guy said he did it in TWO WEEKS (12hrs a day)...im post cu and it took me about 2 months. but two weeks faaaaaawwk...i dont hate him at all, but thats just way too fast.
Yes, nerf spin groups or aoe attacks. put the spin attack at the 4 box, or just have dervish period. At the master box, that will slow xp for jedi tremendously.

I cant believe so many people are asking for more grinding. If anything we all should all be together asking for a more challenging and interesting way to level, not bi tching at each other about how long we did or didnt grind. Its an effing game not our job, Its suppsed to be fun and offer escapism not an extar 4 hours of work a day.
