Just because you destroyed the droid doesnt make it stop working...was watching a duel last night between a pikeman and a tkm/mcm. The tkm/mcm had a med droid out, the pike man killed the med droid, which was also shooting at the pikeman, and the tkm/mcm was still gettting over 2k heals at a time with extremely little costs. I then realized the droids abilities were still active. Told the pikeman to draw the tkm away from the broken droid and the healing ability of the tkm dropped tremendously. So, make sure you get away from broken med droids in a fight. Had a debate if this was an exploit or not last night....I voted yes because a broken item isnt supposed to work (like clothes currently). What do u think, exploit or not? The tkm knew had to know this because he asked thepikeman not to kite him which means he wouldnt have to move away from the broken droid. And this particular tkm/mcm brags constantly about owning people because of the bug.

EXPLOIT! bh use this all the time too, its definatly not intended...expesually thier combat droids which can be healed without droid repair packs...(which doesnt bother me, only like 100 pt hits) but the healing droids tick me off

yes, disabled medbots still give the healing bonus, but the radius isn't that great. Check the stickies over on the Doc forums - it's listed there

Yeah definatly an exploit, you cant fight if u are dead, so why should a tool keep fighting if its dead. bh are going to lead our proffesion to another nerf. they already cost us mind and action cost raised.

Bug = Yes
Exploit = No
Why? Because there is nothing you can do about it. Or using a med-droid could be considered an exploit itself...
But it needs to be fixed though.

using a med droid isnt an exploit, using a dead droid, yeah, thats an exploit, not what the droid suppose to be doing....so, thats why the op put this up, to give a heads up to warn those who dont know.

How can you NOT use an incaped Droid? I didnt find that option yet...
And its good that he did. But he asked if this is an exploit or not, too. And I answered.

The droid has an auto repair function. Even when he gets incapped, the droid uses auto repair to move around.
It sounds weird, but what else is new in swg
