I never had any problems with my innate armor when I had my rez arm on. Took the same damage either way. It has been a while though and this game is subject to change on a publish-to-publish basis.

Incorrect. My innate armour still works when I use my carbine.

Last time I tested this - which was several weeks ago - innate armour worked as usual with a rez arm equipped ... until and unless you took damage to the arm (ie with a body hit). Thereafter ALL hits incurred full damage.
This may very well have been fixed since. The way it's supposed to work is for the arm to take full damage and other body areas to to be resisted by inante armour.

ya once your arm with the cyber part on it gets hit it reduces your innate rating down to the value on the arm , something like 1200 or so. there was a post about it and hitting someone with scatter hit on the fencer forum a while back. only remember it cause ive been fencer for about 2 years now. i'll see if i can find it for you later tonight.
