Thread: Need advice on defeating Lord Vartonis

I post same thread on game guide forum. I need advices from fellow jedi too.
I do it for 6 times now and still fail. I am not even incap him, and i only get him 3/4 health before he incap me.
I try crystal buffs, synthsteak, breath of heaven, corellian ale, crispic etc. I'm CL 80 Jedi with Power 3423 LS 42x2 Def xx4x Heal 2xxx and Enc 4xx2.I have 1 handed LS with 300 dps 400 - 500 damage.
My question :
My LS damage is low, my power damage is lower. Is thare any buff or power ability to increase my damage ? I tried using KD, AB and Power strike, it's not working. Also Lighting, mindblast, root. What is the best combination of attack ?
How to increase my defence ? I read all the advice on the board and using synthsteak he still outdamage me fast.

Hey man,
Don't have time to check through your template but i hear that Choke is nasty on him. I'm a mls, 3402 enh, 4200 heal, and 0040 def.
I got the crystal buff, made sure i had force armor, force shield, force feedback, force absorb, and force speed running the whole time.
Then, i did armor break, kd, then alternated between body and leg hit till he was incapped. 3 shotted his goons, and did the same
thing when he came back for more, remember to reactivate feedback and absorb...he basically kills himself while giving you
force (lol), not a bad deal huh? i have a 700+ saber so i'm sure that helped but i finished w/ like 70% health and 50% mana after
the dust settled.
