Thread: Where are all the Krayts??

I know for a long while, after a server reset, they spawned... we have had 3 in a row where there were no krayts... /sigh

We were out seeing the senery on tant (na, we were grinding:smileyhappy and had lots spawn around us, I know, lost my bike once cause of lag... this was only about two weeks ago...

Come on over to Naritus. We don't have the problem youBrians suffer of having bases & housing spammed all across the spawning grounds for the Krayt.

We went hunting on Sunday night. At one point I was near the mouth of the canyon and saw a Giant Canyon Krayt, so I hopped off my bike and called in the guild. After about 30 seconds I was surrounded by7 dragons; 1 Ancient, 2 Giant Canyons & 2 Juvi/canyon pairs.

All I can say isthat if you haven't fought dragons since pub24, don't go charging in headstrong & cocksure, work you way up to the Ancients... the Juvies are about as tough as the big boys used to be. The big ones... Dayum, they pack a punch now. Very AB resistant, snare proof, & they shrung off roots without thinking much of it.Kind of like fighting Grievous... except they're hard to kill.

I thought that Bria was the only server to now see Krayt spawns. Are there any others besides Starstrider as well.

Yes, the new krayts are much harder to kill. Three guildies of mine on lowca (full template jedi) had their butts handed to them on a platter cause they weren't really ready and thought they would just clean house. Course they probably took on too many, but this was weekend before last. The spawns there are alive and well.

The ones below 'ancient' weren't that bad on Tarq last week when I was out there. A group fo three of us went through them pretty fast. The ancient however, being immune to snare, root and ABmade us decide to back off and stick with the easier to kill krayts.

The devs probably fixed the premium drops but now have broken the krayt spawns.

Wait a few months and I'm sure they'll bring back the Krayts!
