Let me see if I can use some of the logic I have seen blurting around the boards about Jedi/BH and the Star Wars canon

One of the biggest blurts I see is that "There are only supposed to be three force wielders" during this time frame. the Emporer, Darth Vader and Luke...ok, I can buy that....

BUT......

How many Bounty Hunters did we see in game?

ONE! and Leia does not count....

So, based on all the fanbois use of the "according to canon" Jedi should out number Bounty Hunters THREE TO ONE!

yea?! hey, right?

actually in one of the original trilogies, you'll see lord vader hiring a handfull of bounty hunters (including boba fett) to track down the millenium falcon... and in episode 4, the rodian hired by jabba to get han was a bounty hunter... but hey, i'm not trying to argue the "canon" factor... it's not our fault the devs set this game in the wrong time frame.

Wrong

In Empires Strike Back there is 8. All with different types of armor and weaponry. And Vader called out the finest of all Bounty Hunters to his cause. There is also mention of Bounty Hunters by a Navigational Bridge Officer

"Bounty Hunters. Worst lot in the galaxy" ...not to mention the 7 on Tatoinne with Jabba the Hutt circling around the Millenium Falcon

Han Solo also mentions that he is hunted and currently has a death mark as he told a rebel general in Hoth as his excuse having to leave early

You may want to study your sources before challenging canon...

(these are just the original trilogy. Thousands more are noted in the Expanded Universe)

In both the Canon and the Expanded Universe (within IV-VI), there was Luke Skywalker, Darth Vador, Emporer Palpatine, an old lady imprisoned on a mining planet, and Yoda. No one else.

There's a difference between Force sensitive and Lightsaber wielding Jedi. There wasnt even a whole lot of FS characters in Canon either (except for the Imperial Guards)

People, it was a JOKE! I guess what I was playing on was the amount of poeple that spout whatever they want to to support thier cause, right or wrong, or just thier interpretation of events.

Classic trilogy's bounty hunters (EP IV - EP VI): the hotheaded (and ill-fated) punk Greedo, the battle-worn Dengar, the bug-eyed Zuckuss and his equally insectoid-looking partner 4-LOM, the deadly and silent IG-88 and the snarling, scaly Bossk and ofcourse Boba Fett.

1. Order66. Approximately 4 million Clone Troopers were given the order to execute all and any Jedi. Including those who were force sensitive (i.e., Younglins)

2. Jabba had an enitre entourage on Han Solo's tail not to mention the entire Imperial Army. Smugglers were also hunted down and stricter laws were enforced with spice trades (as noted in Star Wars IV:A new hope and Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi)

3. The Game system that is in placed in SWG? I dont follow. If you're talking about the timeline then its immediately after the Battle of Yavin.
