I was just hit by an arachne warrior BABY for 357 points of damage! Surely this is not right?

My Jedi was hit by the baby, not my main, so I guess it is relevant to the Jedi board?

I have blocked the living hell out of klikniks. Game absolutely counts spit as ranged, on most of the critters I've tested it on, and it works a treat. Yavin klikniks and spiders, endor spiders, yavin crystal snakes and giant crystal snakes, dantooine voritors of all stripes.

and after you block the spit it turns into laser fire if you watch it lol, no i am serious just watch next time

I've blocked Sav. Quenker spit.
Seems to work fine with those.

Oh, the animation's a hoot. Maybe the spit's bursting into flame...
Anyway, quite easy to test. Fly through a few spitting nests, and watch your combat spam. you'll see 'block' messages quite often.

Yes I do have plenty of LS blockand no I do not appear to be blocking any creature spit on Endor, I may well be I will check combat logs later but I can say for 100% certain the animation is not playing, so I presume I am not blocking.

One sabre throw took care of it. Kinda funny though, a master rifleman can't hit me with a heavy armour piercing T21 rifle but an itsy bitsy little baby spider hit me for 357 damage with a mouthfull of spit. Most odd.
