Thread: Jedi has nothing to do with it.
I can agree with you. However, what pisses me off are the new padies that are asking how they can exploit the respec so they can have an equivalent of a completed temp jedi.

Jedi has nothing to do with it.
The only difference is what we did with our time in game, what you have means nothing, just the time you have been gaming.

I'm just confused as to what exactly Jedi are getting that you aren't that you're upset about?
According to the posts it looks like the elder buff and title go to all players.
The Jedi specific rewards are a special robe (they already had robes you couldn't get), a special crystal (you couldn't use crystals before anyways), and blue glowy status (at the inception of the game this was considered as a reward for reaching Jedi Master, and why would you want this anyways if you're not a Jedi?).

Excellent questions.
2 things upset me.
First, that I was saving the Jediline for more ofan end game personally (lots to do besides jedi). Now, I do not have the chance to get these things. Had we been informed 6 months ago,I would have had just finished it off. I was a holocron or two away from unlock pre-9, and was glowy the first day the village went live with max free skill trees.Instead,I spent the last 6 months grinding/playing the wonderful new enhanced CH profession (and we all know how this is going to end!).
Second, I also am robbed of the 2nd character slot, which may or may not be added to the rest of the community anyways.
In a nutshell, I am a vet excluded from all the game can offer, because of marketing!

i dont think most ppl care about jedi geting a robe or crystal (as you said, if they wasnt jedi, they cant use it for other things than display)
what many are upset about is the 2nd character.
im glad i am an old jedi whit the 2nd character, but i feel sorry for the ppl that will never get the chance to get one
