Thread: My Prediction: A Third Jedi Revamp Will Come Packaged with FRS

- The basic answer to questions about the above was that they are working on the big picture here, so it sounded like there will be a bigger overhaul here but it will take a while. "Hang in there..." as Julio Torres reported
- Avoid incap, lightsaber speed issues and missing good quality pearls and crystals were reported, no exact answers or dates were given
This directly from Torres' mouth on 8/29/05 in an interview (this is a direct quote btw):
We realize that the Jedi system in SWG as a whole needs to be re-evaluated, so we are currently discussing options to address this. Our goal is to make the next implementation resonate to the needs of the game and the Jedi players. To do this, we really need to give it design time and play time, the exact date of when we can release a great FRS system. It’s not set yet, but we are currently working on it to get out to the public as soon as possible.

How much do you want to bet that theDesignplan sent to LA wasn't just about FRS?
This sounds like pretty good information, to be honest. I've always stated after the CU that Jedi really need a revamp since they weren't properly changed over to the CU. Even though there have been alot of fixes, there are still ALOT of bugs in the system as well. BTW, this would actually be the second revamp. Would love to see other professions get some lovin before this takes place....but you never know, maybe they will get their revamps at the same time (or around the same time) that we do.
Those additions to lightsaber forms sounds almost too good to be true

that everyone has been mentioning for the last few days to a week.
who cares revamped or not post-cu jedi are officially and forevermore screwed with no pearls so we will always lose and there will always be imbalanced
/spit im tired of the devs theyve gone too far this time

my opinion on the pearl issue is the devsare gonna change the way pearls work, then all the current pearls untuned and tuned are gonna have to go through another conversion, and that's where everyone's saber damage is gonna be more or less around the same.
Then we all get to try to get those rare premiums/flawless again.

they better because i deserve just as much of an opportunity to win in pvp and enjoy the game as pre CU jedi do. they better not give me any of their stuck up "its our reward" crap either, we all deserve the same plain and simple, end of discussion.
