So you are templated and find you have a spare sp....
~can you learn another fs skill or will that mess things up having 6 trees learned and one other 1st level fs skill learned?

yes but it will take forever lol cuz you cant trade in jedi xp

As far as i understand you only need 6 trees for jedi but if you wanted to you could get more ....the real question may be how do u get the xp for that final box. As currently jedi xp does not convert to FS xp nor starship xp ( for us jedi pilots 
) .
