ok im not a jedi but had a CA with max force power +5 and was wondering what that does for a jedi?

Even if it was working it wouldn't do much. Jedi have a Force bar that works like your Health Bar. Jedi require Force to use their lightsabers or force powers. A fully templated Jedi will have a force pool that exceeds 6000. Another 5 is not going to make any differance. It's like you increase your HAM bar by 5. Big deal.
