Thread: With all this 1.5x as strong flying around...
My interpretationof the 1.5x stronger than a regular profession is this:
Ex. a purely Master Rifleman template (no Medic skills) is lvl 54.
A fully templated Jedi is lvl 80.
54 x 1.5 = ~80 (the ~ means approximatly, since lvl 80 seems to be the cap for now)
Its a fuzzy math, but you see what I mean...
Of course, when you add in the Medic/Doctor skills, the 1.5x no longer applies.
Anyway, that's how I kinda see it, just my thought.

im not complaining... im tryin to stop others from whining about being told we r innately1.5 times better... cuz that holds true for some temps... but not all

That's a stupid comparison. ALL characters who want to be viable in combat pick up a double mastery, usually most Jedi do this too.
i suppose with a deep combat system there is some equation that gives a pretty good idea of the strength of a jedi if used well (within the template) however every template has its strength and weaknesses.
Saying it's 1.5 it just the devs way of limited the p!ssedofness (if thats a word) of the jedi post-cu
