What does it mean? How old do you have to be? What happens? I unlocked Post-9 Pre-10, am I good to go, or did SOE r*pe me in the @$$ with a spiked club again?

Any jedi who exist before the new CU can use glowie whenever they want

Blue Glowie is a new "gift" for those Jedi that unlocked before the new changes that will hit on November 15th. Its only an appearance change according to Tiggs, nothing more.
