Title says it all. I am a full template jedi and wondering how it is possible for me to get the fs melee speed row without giving up almost half my jedi template. This has bothered me for a while and Iam wanting to findoutif any other jedi were in same situation and had figured out a way to do it.

get a few cdef weapons, capp on all of them (probably 10k on each weapon). Then turn it into the village. Thats pretty much the only way to do it not giving up jedi skills.

To the best of my knowldege, you have to have 6 branches at all times.

So the only way to do this is to make 4 points available to earn the new tree,

Then you can drop the old tree, and then reapply the four points back to jedi boxes.

Correct?

Correct. But why bother until the speed bug is fixed?

Your best bet is to get the Avatar weapons, no skill requirements....just combat levels. They do great damage and you can get a pistol, rifle and carbine. You'll have to have 4 skill points open to get that tree and just grind up it and once you have the tree trained to 4, then you can drop the tree you don't want anymore. You can only have a max of 7 FS trees after you unlock your Jedi. And you must keep 6 fully FS trees trained to 4 to remain Jedi. Good luck.

Free up 4 SP somewhere for your 7th FS branch. Grind it out with weapons not certed to skill boxes (Advanced Laser Rifle and such), afterwards drop the FS branch you dont want anymore and regrind your Jedi boxes you dropped to free up 4 SP.
Getting FS xp is not the problem, the real problem is having no regular profession boxes which leads to low xp caps, so you will have to do an aweful lot of trips to the village to convert xp.
