Can anyone enlighten me...In the process of crafting a saber. At 97% atm with 1 exp slot open in the line. Is the cap on sabers 95 SAC or not?

I never seen or heard of a less than 95 SAC saber that was not exploited.

works for me..thanks for the info..i had a 12 point suit and got 3 exp points left, just wondering what would happen if i tried putting it in last line of efficiency. I had 2 amazings so got the 97% faster
