How many buff slots are shown under your character?

If I drag the target window box larger will it allow for more buffs to be shown?

I ask because in my recent duel with someone they had all the slots taken up under their character name with buffs. When I try to land an AB or any kind of stasis I dont see the icon under the name to show me it landed.

Is there any way to get around this?

every time i drag mine it allways shrink back right away. Am i missing something there.

it only shrinks when u dont have any buffs working, apply something and you can drag it out and it will stay
