can i be lvl90 right after the first login?

a noob jedi with one novice lightsaber can be instantly lvl80, but i cannot be lvl90 with the old xp what i've worked for???

But that wouldn't give you the new content ya'll have been whining about for the last 7 months. Think of those last 10 levels as the FRS. Just messing man. I think it's a bunch of crap to.
