What are the requirements to get the veteran rewards i.e. Blue Glowie, robes, crystal and sabre. I heard it was any unlocked jedi with one skill box trained? Does this mean a novice box trained? or a novice box and one skill box? Or is any of this true at all? Haha, thanks for any insight in advance.

far as i can tell i haven't seena jedi without it. BUT jedis not hard to grind they might all be finished templates.
