Thread: Krayt loot bug?

On occasion, when I loot a krayt it will say "You have completely looted the corpse of all items", but alas, when I check my inventory with my fingers crossed for that pearl, there is nothing. Says I looted something, but I get nothing. This happening to anyone else?

You are most likley looting items that stack, such as delicate triggers or mando/trando frames.

Dude, loot groupped and you will see a message on what you looted. Group a pet or a droid if you don't see players
Yes 99% it was a smellger item

true, all the group's members read what you looted. Happened this to me.
*** you have looted a krayt pearl .... *** 
buddy: wow you looted a pearl, can I have it
me: sure, 1mil
buddy: (censured)

I truly believe when this happens you have infact looted a flawless pearl, and the new SOE 4-bit hardware cannot handle numbers above 64, so it doesn't show up. If you were to tune a pearl that had stats above 64 (the 4 bit limit) it would crash the SOE intraframe, and we would loose the game we all love to hate.

But when you are in a group, and it gives you the message "You have completely looted" , it will tell you what you looted in the line above so that the rest of the group can see what you looted. But in this case, it never gave the line of whatwas looted, just thatit was completely looted (once again, this is when in group). So when an item is stackable, it just jumps into the inventory even before the group notification?
