Thread: Non-Jedi Healing is in NO Way over Powered...
If you should have the capability to heal 2000 damage in 6 seconds with just63 skillpoints invested,I want 200 accuracy, 100 speed, armorbreak, criticalstrike and powerhammer license for 63 skillpoints so I can easily dabble myself to what normally requires full profession.

I don't need your smart attitude or appreciate it, I try and Try to be as flame free as i can be, But your Ignorance Blinds you from the Truth, Not my fault You choose An Supposely Gimped Profession for your Jedi.
But in the end if a Jedi Cant kill a Non Jedi Rather Quickly Without any Chance of danger it must be nerfed.
This have nothing to do with Jedi. I am tired of people dabbling in Master Doctor to get as good heals as I have as Master.

Just becouse you did not want to be Master in a healing profession doesnt mean you should have the best of it cheap.

OOH a fight! ![]()
In round one, we see MsNil using the "mommy, Johny has more milk in his cerial, I WANT MORE!" attack. Then StormTroopercpt0 countrs with the clasic 1-2 combo,"if you don't have anything nice to say.... / you are stupid and weak".
MsNil falls back with the same "mommy, Johny has more milk" attack. This is contered, by StormTroopercpt0, with "quit putting word in my mouth" attack.
Stand by for round 2 (or will they turn on me?)

Why?
Take an Non Jedi MBH/Mrifles/CM4000 with Healing effeciceny Shirt/Bandoleer say.. 18+ mod...
Without 8000 Resist Vs that type of DMG and 75% AB Resist Slices You Go down rather quickly...
The Problem Itself is not Healing, Go ahead test it yourself with resist under 7-8k armor with that damage type you can Literally Wipe them out quickly if you have a rather decent Weapon with an different damage type..
Plus Armor Decays really Fast, Not everyone has 25- 40 mil to Blow on like 7 ADKs for all Armor Peices plus the Gun...
So Healing is not overpowered, If it was so overpowered it would take a subsitute over armor and no one would be wearing armor at all..if that was the case.
So what is the problem? Obvious armor is..
Come on dont tell me once you lay that AB Hit and KD that you pound that certain enemy non jedi quickly..
Rejoust for now since some ''More Costs'' Has been added to the healing profession, But it is not near as over yet because so many People veiw healing has so over powering... When it in fact is just Good Armor, Good Armor dont last forever if you dont have 20-40 mil for Each ADK...
Until recently I had CM 4000 in my template and it ROCKED. I could alternate /bactatoss and /bactaspray in under 6 seconds, in addition to using Stim D's. I regret giving it up, but I needed the skill points.
Healer 4000 has a nice heal-over-time plus a 1500 heal, in addition to using Stim D's.
Has anyone bothered to do some tests comparing these two trees, and showing the results in a spreadsheet? For example, if both characters received the same amount of damage over a 120 second period, how would the characters end up in terms of remaining health, action, mind (and in the case of the Jedi, Force)?
Let's even throw the CM 4000 a bone and pretend they don't have access to enhancers.
Until there's hard data we all can look at and agree upon, this discussion won't get very far.

No that is not what they would do. They would still wear the armor and have the super heals because everyone wants the best advantage they can get. It is not that healing is overpowered, it is that they need to fix the "Ruby Bleil pop and shot". And have it work like it is supposed to with an every 30 second heal rather than take and stim.
The whole armor thing is another story all together. I will agree about healing not being overpowered... LSers are UNDERPOWERED. So at this time it makes healing seem overpowered due ot the lack of power on a Jedi weapon.
QFE
I agree to a point with the OP.
yeah ruby+stim sucks shouldn't work that way but it does.
most of those 4xxxCMs or 4004docs I've faced have nothing to do BUT HEAL lol its what keeps them alive over 1min.
if it wasn't for AB slice and 8K energy armor the fight would lastonly 2-4 swings from my saber.
