i was wanting to know if heal all states takes off root ?


i just got back to the CU about a week ago and havent got any one to tell me if it does or not

Nope heal states only heals stun,dizzy,intimidate,and blind jsut like it use to. So right now it basically useless because those states barely effect anyone.
