I think you have too much enhancer there and not enough defender (or whatever else you might be interested in having).
Do you really want to have to only move at normal speed in combat? Do you know how relativelyredundant it is to have bothmeditateand channel?
Of course, it all comes down to what you want to do with your template--if you can identify your needs, then you can easily pick the abilities that will fulfill those needs.

if ur goin for a single mastery liek that, get MLS/enh 34x2/def 4x4x/healer 4xxx
4xxx and xxx4 are bad in enh, FR1 is more usefull then FR2 and u dont get much but drain with xxx4 which was nerfed with a SERIOUs cooldown timer

and the defens i think it is more then enought i have 0-0-4-0 defender and improved force armor and i feel it is enought sure no tank temp but not far from if you channel

thats my template exept i have 4010 healer instead of 1040 defender, havent had any problems with it

That is my exact template, and it works a treat. Its good fun to play, has enought defense, and i rarely struggle wit bh, and can always escape if i cannot overcome them(unless ive been real careless :smileytongue

Its a fairly common template, honestly...
Mine's MLS, 4000 healer, 3040 def, 4402 enh, which is really close to whatI was preCU.

Thats my template but a little diff. Im novice powers instead of 1040 def because it gives more force and another ranged attack
